PSE is always keen to hear from experienced practitioners who have an interest in joining our team. We recognise that professionals working in our industry require a unique skillset to meet our customers needs.

Specifically, we are interested in hearing from engineers with the following attributes:

• At least 7 years experience in the field of process control and optimisation;
• Understanding of a variety of different industrial production processes;
• Strong configuration skills and understanding of at least one DCS system;
• Experience in PID loop tuning and regulatory control design;
• Advanced understanding of at least one MPC technology;
• Ability to self manage whilst working either solo or in a team structure;
• Good project management skills and commercial awareness;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to recognise customer needs;
• Prepared to travel a high percentage of time to customer sites.
